This ensures the greatest flexibility for cable manufacturers in the production of high-quality cables.

The TROESTER CV line guarantees the tightest core tolerances and excellent product uniformity. The optimum distribution of the heating and cooling section as well as the possibility of conductor pre-heating enable high line speeds to be run. Further line features contribute to the advantage of this line in producing outstanding quality products at high speeds. The use of A.C. servo motors in all cable machines eliminates the need for second speed ranges and realizes smooth and uniform product running. A special accumulator control further helps the product to run through the line without jerks.

A TROESTER-developed line control system which is optimally matched to the CV line ensures safe and easy handling and operation of this cable line.

Depending on the materials to be processed, in TROESTER CV lines the cross-linking is effected by nitrogen, saturated steam or overheated steam. The following cooling is either by nitrogen or by water. The line can be designed as a catenary line or inclined line according to the planned application or the range of products to be produced.
