On the request of numerous customers, TROESTER-ESI
has developed several new machines for the molding market.
Due to our long-time experience in rubber processing in general and
expert knowledge in extrusion, gear pump technology, cutting, material
handling, servo technology and sophisticated controls, it was just a
matter of combined development effort to design machines that meet or
exceed current market requirements.
As with most of our products, we closely listened to the requirements of
our customers and designed systems that confirm to their specification.
In addition, we looked at ease of operation, ease of maintenance, lean
manufacturing principles and repeatability for reduced scrap on a
day-to-day operation.
This resulted in the following new products from TROESTER-ESI:
* Sheet Lines with Slit-Tube Heads
an economical way to produce 15" or 30" wide sheets for
molding
* SLUGMAX
an economical way to produce blanks for compression molding
* PREPMAX
the ultimate system to produce high-precision preforms
* PELLETMAX
an economical way to produce fine-screened pellets on demand.
